The 2016 HPCB Conference - promoting patient safety across borders is hosted by the UK General Medical Council and Nursing and Midwifery Council.

The conference will focus on the lessons learnt from the implementation of the recognition of professional qualifications Directive, with a special focus on the European professional card and alert mechanism.

Why should I attend?

The 2016 HPCB Conference is an opportunity for you to engage with and influence healthcare professional regulators, professional bodies and national government representatives from across Europe, alongside European Commission officials.

The agenda will focus on healthcare mobility and patient safety with particular focus on the implementation of the RPQ Directive, European professional card, and alert mechanism.
