Information on the HPCB conference

About

The 2019 HPCB conference is jointly hosted by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) and the Health and Social Care Professionals Council (CORU).

The conference will bring together European healthcare professional regulators, professional bodies, and national government representatives. The agenda will focus on the future of the professional qualifications framework, eHealth and trends and expectations in healthcare mobility.

Why should I attend?

The 2019 HPCB conference - mobile professionals, safe patients - is taking place at a critical time of European change and is a good opportunity for you to engage with and influence European healthcare professional regulators, professional bodies and national government representatives to ensure that key issues facing health and social care mobility are kept on the European healthcare agenda.

The agenda will focus on the future of the professional qualifications framework, eHealth and trends and expectations in healthcare mobility.

How do I register?

Due to limited numbers, priority registration will be allocated on a first in first served basis to healthcare competent authorities and regulators, patients and consumer groups in the European Economic Area (EEA).

What are the conference timings?

Registration will open at 9:00am. The conference will start at 9:30 and finish at 5:00pm.

The conference is being held at Dublin, Castle.

Where should I stay?

The HPCB have been in touch with a number of hotels in close proximity to Dublin Castle. We currently have a limited number rooms held at the following hotels until 01 December if you wish to book one please get in touch with the hotels yourself and note you are booking for the HPCB conference.

Can I have a certificate of attendance?

You will receive a PDF certificate of attendance electronically to your email address five to ten working days after the conference.
